Protection of Personal Information Act. No 4 of 2013 (POPI Act)

The POPI Act defines personal information (names addresses, contact number, credit reports and financial information)  of an identifiable, living, natural person and existing juristic person.

1.) We comply with the process, regulations, law and standards which is an ongoing process.

2.) Our firm obtain and process our clients personal information received from the Deed's Office Registry, Auditors, Trustees and Directors, Websites, mandates and information provided to us by our clients.

3.) We collect and use personal information to enable us to respond to our client’s enquiries, provide services as contracted to proceed with debt collection, legal action and other matters subject to compliance with the legal requirements or industry

4.) We may disclose client’s personal information to third parties on the following basis: client’s consent; or where we are required to do so by law including to our correspondent attorneys, advocates and Sheriffs who are involved in legal collection/litigation and other
